Indonesia, and i frequently changed the store from Argentine to Turkey to see whats cheaper, the microsoft/xbox store seems perfectly normal, i’m assuming the problem is with US credit card that blocked by microsoft to buy to from other regions? Maybe
I want to buy games on Turkish store. I have added to my account, Revolut card. I have Turkish Lira on my card.
When I want to buy a game in Turkish store, appear information about problem with payment, please contact with technical department. Also when I want to buy TR gift cards in Turkish store, I have the same information.

I bought giftcards three times before, I also added credit card with Turkish address few months ago and now, when I tried to buy games first time since August, it simply does not work :/
